71. Caught in the middle: leaving a legacy with Kate Curtis

Kate Curtis knows only too well what it's like to balance several priorities at once. She is currently in the grip of a midlife collision, balancing the needs of her parents and family, and running her own business. When her parents started to need her more and more, Kate found herself caught in the difficult situation of caring for both her mum, dad and her children at the same time as well as trying to manage her own wants and needs Since giving up her employed coaching role she knew she wanted to use her skills to help others. For Kate, running her business brings her huge amounts of joy and gives her back her own identity whilst being there for everyone who needs her.
